The Kalmar DCG90-180 is our industrial forklift with a lifting capacity of 22,000 to 40,000 lbs. The heavy-duty lift truck is designed for superior uptime, lower fuel consumption, and reduced maintenance costs. It comes with the latest generation engines from both Volvo and Cummins, meeting Stage 3B/Tier 4i emission standards.

The DCG90-180 lift truck is equipped with a standard variable hydraulic pump, significantly reducing strain on the hydraulic system and allowing the lift truck to fully perform when needed. This feature has been proven to lower fuel consumption while raising performance at the same time.

Given that these industrial forklifts operate in some of the toughest environments, we’ve improved the DCG90-180's cooling system. A variable hydraulic fan keeps the engine and hydraulics cool even during extreme operations. The fan can also reverse to clean the cooler from dust and debris.
